Nava, Miki and Ilan run an extraordinary family, the three live together in the same building and raise May, their adopted child, and run "Tmuna" Fringe Theater – an extraordinary cultural institution.

Seven years ago, the three received an offer from the Tel Aviv municipality to move the crumbling theater from the slams area where it is located, to a new building in a modern office complex under the auspices of the municipality. The transition affects each of them in a different way. The transition process encapsulates the personal story of the three and the history of the theater – which is in fact also the history of the Fringe in Israel.
